Revitalize San Pedro Partnership Opens New Business Hub, Earns Main Street Designation

A new chapter is underway for the San Pedro corridor as the Revitalize San Pedro Partnership (RSPP) celebrates the opening of its new business office at 1307 San Pedro NE and its official designation as a New Mexico Main Street community.

Supported by the City of Albuquerque’s Economic Development Department, RSPP is working to transform the San Pedro corridor between I-40 and Central into a vibrant, walkable destination for residents, visitors, and small businesses. The new space will serve as a public hub where local entrepreneurs can access resources, network, and collaborate on revitalization projects.

The nonprofit has already launched several initiatives, including the Mile Hi Streetscape Enhancement Project, which secured $1.1 million in state funding to improve sidewalks, landscaping, and stormwater infrastructure.

“Our job is simple, to make sure San Pedro is a welcoming, vibrant place for everyone who lives, works, and visits the area,” said Adrian Carver, Executive Director of the Revitalize San Pedro Partnership.

The organization’s new office will also provide a space for community engagement as planning continues for the redevelopment of the State Fairgrounds. Together with City and State partners, RSPP is helping shape a vision for the area’s long-term growth and vitality.
